Teamwork
We work in teams of two, three or four people according to the specific needs of your home. Each person is an 'expert' in a particular area: kitchen, bathrooms, dusting or vacuuming and steam-mopping.
Each team member is able to concentrate their full attention on their area of expertise so that problems are handled appropriately and no area of a room is missed.
Each team member takes their work seriously and the team leader double checks that all work meets the high standard of the Green Clean Team each and every time they clean: this prevents 'lazy cleaner syndrome' where other cleaners and cleaning services do less and less work at each visit.
